Makes miscellaneous cake loaves. Zucchini bread etc.

=== Ingredients ===

* 5 cups flour
* 3 cups sugar
* 4 teaspoons baking powder
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* .5 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon cinnamon
* .5 teaspoon ginger

* 4 cups grated zucchini or whatever

* 1 cup oil
* 4 eggs
* 2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
* swirl of molasses (optional)
* ~1 cup water

=== Directions ===

# Heat oven to 350F. Grease 2 9x5x3 pans.
# Mix dry ingredients. Mix zucchini with liquids and however much water feels appropriate for sogginess of zucchini; stir into dry mixture.
# Pour batter into pans. Bake ~60 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean. Or it starts to burn.

* 2.5 flour
* 1.5 sugar
* 2 tsp baking powder
* .5 tsp baking soda
* .5 cup butter
* 2 eggs
* 2 teaspoons lemon juice
* 2 cups mango juice (or 2.5 pulp)
* 1 tsp vanilla
