Grease 2 9x5x3 pans.<br /> # Mix dry ingredients. Mix zucchini with liquids and however much water feels appropriate for sogginess of zucchini; stir into dry mixture.<br /> # Pour batter into pans. Bake ~60 minutes until wooden pick inserted in centre comes out clean.
